 Position Summary:  
 The Range and Retail Project Administrator is responsible for supporting the VP Range and Retail in hitting revenue goals and KPIs. 
 This role is focused on high-impact opportunities for the Company.&#xa0; It includes planning, research, prioritizing, and closing high-impact opportunities, and working with the professional field sales team to onboard, implement and grow these large accounts.&#xa0; This role includes creating reports detailing pipelines, forecasts, and other sales metrics. 
 The Range and Retail Project Administrator will work closely with other internal assets including Outside Sales, Affiliate Sales, Retail Marketing, Content, Events, Training, Member Services, and other contributors as needed. 
 Duties/Responsibilities: 
 
 Assist the VP of Range and Retail in day-to-day operations to prioritize and focus on high-impact opportunities through research and planning. 
 Help to coordinate strategies and sales initiatives for high-impact opportunities. 
 Follow-up activities to keep sales initiatives moving forward in cooperation with other assets within the company 
 Work with the field sales team to coordinate onboarding, instructor training and certification, curriculum adoption, participation in training classes, and broadening the relationship between the client and the Company. 
 Work with the Sales Operations Support Team to develop reports detailing prospect pipeline, forecasts, Official Partner activity tracking of high-impact partners, etc. 
 Work with the Retail Marketing team to prepare for meetings and follow-up implementation of marketing programs developed for partners. 
 Work with the Training team to organize instructor training and certification for partners. 
 Work with the Affiliate team to implement digital marketing with partners. 
 Handle miscellaneous duties as requested by VP Range and Retail and Sales management. 
 Skills/Abilities and Education Requirements: 
 
 Minimum of 3-5 years experience and success in sales, sales administration, or business development roles. 
 Bachelor&#8217;s or Associates&#8217;s degree in marketing/sales or business-related field or equivalent work experience is preferred. 
 Previous leadership experience is a plus. 
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and make solid recommendations. 
 Entrepreneurial-minded professional with strong interpersonal skills

 Position Summary 
 Customer Service Advisors provide a world-class experience for our members who reach us by phone.&#xa0; We engage, inform and assist our members with all of their membership needs.&#xa0; This may include updating their account information, assisting them with the purchase of a new t-shirt or talking about the latest issue of Concealed Carry Magazine!&#xa0;&#xa0; 
 Duties/ Responsibilities: 
 
 Handle and resolve customer issues 
 Have awesome, engaging conversations&#xa0; 
 Sell our amazing products and services 
 Be clear, confident and concise on the phone&#xa0; 
 Deepen and retain member relationships through needs assessment 
 Empathize with members and ask probing questions 
 Provide offers, solutions and information to match the customer needs 
 Save customers who are thinking about leaving us 
 Follow up with our customers when promised 
 Collaborate with with your team members to help one another learn and grow 
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions 
 Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction 
 Maintain alignment with Core Values and Mission of the USCCA in all interactions

 Compensation 
 Starting hourly wage is $18.00 per hour, with additional shift premiums $0.50 - $3.00 for weekend,&#xa0; evening or third shifts. &#xa0; Advisors are also eligible for annual company bonuses.

 A strong belief in the Second Amendment 
 Firearms and self-defense knowledge is preferred but not necessary 
 Desire to &#8220;WOW&#8221; customers daily 
 A &#8220;Find Needs/Fill Needs&#8221; orientation to customer interactions 
 Excellent organizational and time management skills 
 Computer savvy-ness, including the ability to learn new things quickly 
 Relentless follow-through and ability to prioritize multiple tasks 
 Ability to identify and resolve problems 
 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly establish rapport with people 
 An empathetic approach to every conversation 
 Hunger to exceed expectations&#xa0; 
 Have real conversations with customers; we don&#8217;t use scripts 
 Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 
 Energized by a variety of tasks and duties&#xa0; 
 Associate degree or higher preferred 
 Willingness to have fun with an awesome team.&#xa0; Might want to bring a Nerf gun!
