 Position Summary:  
 The Range and Retail Project Administrator is responsible for supporting the VP Range and Retail in hitting revenue goals and KPIs. 
 This role is focused on high-impact opportunities for the Company.&#xa0; It includes planning, research, prioritizing, and closing high-impact opportunities, and working with the professional field sales team to onboard, implement and grow these large accounts.&#xa0; This role includes creating reports detailing pipelines, forecasts, and other sales metrics. 
 The Range and Retail Project Administrator will work closely with other internal assets including Outside Sales, Affiliate Sales, Retail Marketing, Content, Events, Training, Member Services, and other contributors as needed. 
 Duties/Responsibilities: 
 
 Assist the VP of Range and Retail in day-to-day operations to prioritize and focus on high-impact opportunities through research and planning. 
 Help to coordinate strategies and sales initiatives for high-impact opportunities. 
 Follow-up activities to keep sales initiatives moving forward in cooperation with other assets within the company 
 Work with the field sales team to coordinate onboarding, instructor training and certification, curriculum adoption, participation in training classes, and broadening the relationship between the client and the Company. 
 Work with the Sales Operations Support Team to develop reports detailing prospect pipeline, forecasts, Official Partner activity tracking of high-impact partners, etc. 
 Work with the Retail Marketing team to prepare for meetings and follow-up implementation of marketing programs developed for partners. 
 Work with the Training team to organize instructor training and certification for partners. 
 Work with the Affiliate team to implement digital marketing with partners. 
 Handle miscellaneous duties as requested by VP Range and Retail and Sales management. 
 Skills/Abilities and Education Requirements: 
 
 Minimum of 3-5 years experience and success in sales, sales administration, or business development roles. 
 Bachelor&#8217;s or Associates&#8217;s degree in marketing/sales or business-related field or equivalent work experience is preferred. 
 Previous leadership experience is a plus. 
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and make solid recommendations. 
 Entrepreneurial-minded professional with strong interpersonal skills 
 Strong business acumen and ability to capitalize on target market findings and develop long-term strategies to capture market potential. 
 Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people at all levels and functions of the organization.

 Oversee certification of business partners in USCCA curricula.

 Customer Service Digital Supervisors are responsible for the coaching and development of the Digital Advisors, in our call center, as well as all personnel and administrative responsibilities that stem from their team. 
 The Digital Supervisor must be more than just a people manager but a professional/personal coach and leader as well.&#xa0; The individual must  inspire, cheerlead, mentor and be a daily source of energy. 
 Additionally, the Digital Supervisor must be aware of all happenings within the company that would affect the Digital Team and communicate them effectively.&#xa0; This will require good rapport and communication with other departments as well.&#xa0; These relationships must be developed and maintained.&#xa0; This will promote interdepartmental growth and be an example of continuity to the Digital Team. 
 The Digital Supervisor is responsible for the execution of any strategies or actions necessary to maintain and exceed member loyalty and for gathering department input and implementing initiatives.&#xa0; Additional responsibilities include general operational support to the U.S. Concealed Carry Association members and prospects, projects assigned by manager or any other departments that align with the supervisors role and responsibilities. 
 Duties/Responsibilities: 
 
 Responsible for the upholding and encouraging ambassadors to act within the Customer Engagement Purpose: &#8220;We inspire LOYALTY through exceptional SERVICE and ENGAGING experiences built on trust&#8221;. 
 Coaches and trains the CE Digital Team members effectively, encouraging and helping to facilitate their growth and development.&#xa0;&#xa0; 
 Drive a culture of Loyalty through all digital care interactions. 
 Handle escalated customer contacts. 
 
 
 Develop policy, guidelines, processes, and procedures for all modes of contact on digital platforms. 
 Ensure effective cross-functional/cross-departmental communications for all of the CW Digital Team needs as well as cross-functional requests from other departments. 
 
 
 Responsible for the KPIs and performance of CE Digital teams. 
 Analyze employee metrics and utilize data to not only find coaching opportunities but also performance improvement. 
 
 
 Responsible for live management of the floor to attain service levels (SL). 
 Assist IT in the optimization of current platforms through feedback gained from advisors. 
 Skills/Abilities and Education Requirements:&#xa0; 
 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
 Computer literacy, understanding of CRM software, advanced internet functions and the ability to teach and troubleshoot these functions for the Digital Team Members. 
 Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly. 
 Excellent task management skills.

 Sell USCCA Memberships at CCW (Concealed Carry Weapons Permit ) classes (along with other firearms classes), and at brick &#38; mortar stores/ranges

 Ensures the successful achievement of Delta&#8217;s sales goals across the nation. 
 Create action planning and prioritizing documents for the target market segments to include opportunity assessment, positioning strategy, financial analysis, and required tactical action plans. 
 Drives the development and attainment of short-medium-long term objectives through short-medium-long term tactics; 
 Establishes and maintains ongoing customer and business relationships.
