Director of Regional Managers Position Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Director of Regional Managers to lead our outside sales team, drive strategic growth, and strengthen relationships with key partners and clients.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire our outside sales team to exceed performance goals
• Conduct impactful sales meetings focused on strategy, promotions, and market insights
• Monitor RM activity to ensure they are adhering to company goals
• Coach team members to perform best in class sales presentations that will help sell Davidson’s specials and exclusive          

        products

• Collaborate with manufacturer partners to create retail promotions and new product launches
• Oversee key account management and foster long-term customer relationships
• Develop data-driven sales strategies based on market trends and performance metrics
• Monitor product samples for RMs in individual territories

What You Bring

• Proven leadership in sales with 5+ years of experience managing an outside sales team
• Deep understanding of business-to-business sales
• Strong knowledge of the firearms industry
• Expertise in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside in a major metro area within Southwest (excluding CA) or Southeast
