Director of Regional Managers Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Director of Regional Managers to lead our outside sales team, drive strategic growth, and strengthen relationships with key partners and clients.
What You’ll Do
Lead, mentor, and inspire our outside sales team to exceed performance goals
Conduct impactful sales meetings focused on strategy, promotions, and market insights
Monitor RM activity to ensure they are adhering to company goals
Coach team members to perform best in class sales presentations that will help sell Davidson’s specials and exclusive
products
Collaborate with manufacturer partners to create retail promotions and new product launches
Oversee key account management and foster long-term customer relationships
Develop data-driven sales strategies based on market trends and performance metrics
Monitor product samples for RMs in individual territories
What You Bring
Proven leadership in sales with 5+ years of experience managing an outside sales team
Deep understanding of business-to-business sales
Strong knowledge of the firearms industry
Expertise in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside in a major metro area within Southwest (excluding CA) or Southeast
