 Electrical Engineer Minimum Requirements:&#xa0; 
 
 Bachelor&#8217;s degree* in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, Civil or Aerospace Engineering. 
 Minimum of 2 year&#39;s experience designing electrical control systems and programming PLCs in industrial automation. 
 Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workload, shift demands, work independently, and willingness to be collaborative and support team efforts. 
 Ability and willingness to provide engineering support for manufacturing processes for 24/5 operations, including weekends. 
 Proficiency with programming and implementation of motor drives, HMIs, Servos, Machine Vision, and industrial networking. 
 Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical control systems. 
 Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a manufacturing environment. 
 Preferred experience with Allen Bradley and/or Rockwell Automation.
