A highly motivated Compliance Systems Administrator is responsible for the oversight of the functionality and proper administration of the Company’s compliance-focused IT solutions, software features, and enterprise-level databases in furtherance of ensuring business continuity and accurate recordkeeping. The Compliance Systems Administrator works with management, departments across the organization, and outside service providers to resolve relevant business issues with the appropriate, sustainable solutions. The *Compliance Systems Administrator possesses the required data management and programming skillsets to carry out required compliance-related reporting across the organization.
Responsibilities
Responsible for compliance database management and administration;
Implements and manages functions related to Century’s ERP system (Epicor, Solar Soft);
Designs, builds, runs and manages enterprise-level databases using Structured Query Language (“SQL”);
Designs, builds, runs and manages enterprise-level databases using Excel and its ‘Visual Basic for Applications’ (“VBA”) programing features;
Assists the Compliance department with legal product restriction settings within the ERP system per U.S. state; and,
Assists the Compliance department with product code data entry functions within the ERP system;
Evaluates, troubleshoot, problem solve, and provide support/solutions to other departments when issues arise with Century’s ERP system, SQL reports, and Excel databases;
Completes data corrections within Century’s ERP system, SQL reports, and Excel databases;
Supports and assists with training on data errors on the ERP system, SQL reports, and Excel databases;
Supports long-term projects that require time management, prioritization skills, communication up & down the organization, and coordinated efforts with leadership, departments across the organization, and outside service providers;
Performs project evaluations and articulate findings accurately to management for their analysis and approval;
Actively participates in, and supports, 5S principles within the workplace;
Other duties will be assigned as required.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Core Competencies Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Demonstrated experience or ability in managing and implementing ERP systems and application devices
Demonstrated experience or ability in managing and implementing SQL reports
Demonstrated experience or ability in managing and implementing Excel and its VBA programing features
Demonstrated experience or ability in managing and implementing data exchanges / TCPs.
Demonstrated experience or ability in managing Window’s based networks and application devices
Strong interpersonal and management skills such as planning, directing, reporting, and administrative responsibilities
Ability to work independently and to promote the effective teaming of others in order to achieve objectives
Strong verbal, written, analytic/problem solving, and interpersonal communication skills
