Timberline Firearms (Class 7/SOT) is a safe, friendly local retail store, training facility, indoor and outdoor range.  Located in Flagstaff, AZ, the best of outdoors is at our doorstep.   We've been growing fast and have a lot more potential growth with the right GM.

Our priorities when hiring are 1. Integrity, 2. Personality, 3. Experience.  You'll be managing our retail, training and indoor/outdoor ranges where the duties include:

1. Hiring/Firing
2. Payroll
3. Ordering/Inventory
4. Training new employees
5. Bound Book (including NFA)
6. Managing outside instructors
7. Marketing
8. Minor Maintenance & Gunsmithing (armorer level)

Customer service is our priority and our reviews/reputation show our commitment to it. 

Owners are actively involved in supporting GM (manage on GM days off).  

1. Prior GM or Assistant Manager experience
2. Extensive ATF Compliance knowledge, including NFA items. 
3. Pass a background check
