Position Overview

Yankee Hill Machine (YHM) is seeking a Part Time Trade Show Representative (s) to represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. This remote role focuses on booth operations, customer engagement, lead generation, networking, and product education.

Key Responsibilities

Booth Setup & Maintenance

• Set up and organize the company’s booth or exhibition space
• Assemble displays and promotional materials
• Ensure booth presentations align with company branding
• Verify equipment and displays are functioning properly

Customer Engagement

• Interact with attendees, visitors, and prospective clients
• Answer questions about products and services
• Provide demonstrations and presentations as needed
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence

Lead Generation

• Collect contact information from potential customers
• Record and organize leads for follow-up
• Communicate qualified leads to sales and marketing teams

Product Knowledge

• Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services
• Explain product features, benefits, and competitive advantages
• Address customer questions accurately and confidently

Networking

• Build relationships with industry professionals and exhibitors
• Identify potential partnerships and business opportunities
• Represent the company positively at events

Qualifications & Skills

Preferred candidates likely have:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of firearms / shooting preferred
• Previous military or police experience encouraged
• Public-facing or customer service experience
• Sales, trade show, or event experience
• Ability to travel for trade shows and industry events
• Professional presentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Employment Information

• Position Location: Remote
• Background check required
• YHM promotes a safe and drug-free workplace
• Compensation based on contract travel and workdays. (Average compensation $350.00/day, travel and food expenses covered)
• Work environment both inside and outside climates.
